well how about making flyers and putting them in people mailboxes who might like the blog. hang the flyers around the neighborhood and if you are still in school and your school has a newspaper ask them to advertise in that. Also email the blog’s site to people and ask them to forward it to some one. ask your friends to tell everyone they know about your blog. well hope it works out.

Title:
select the title of the blog which people more use in the
their search query to get good result position in the search engine.
Url:
url of the blog should not be your name. But you should use Generic keyword in the URL of your blog like
in these blogs the key word vitiligo is used.
Text:
keep your text clean and your wording should be simple and easy to comprehence by all age people.
If you took data from any source. dont copy and paste only instead change the wording from the source. For exapmle the data of the above blogs are taken from an authorized vitiligo site but the wording is different from the source.
Design:
most bloggers offer to use html in their blog. First make an test html file for your blog. apply table and divs . if suitable then copy the your content with html and paist in the edit box.
never forget to preview before publishing your blog
